Doesn't seem to be more notable than any average professor. Her award and fellowship appear to be from a minor society. Does not appear to have made a major impact in her field. Note that the article was made by an account whose only edits were to create this article. PlotinusEnjoyer (talk) 03:30, 3 March 2025 (UTC)

- Keep. I'm seeing plenty of impact for WP:NPROF. Citations appear to meet NPROF C1. I don't think the American Society for Plant Biology is such a minor organization (some of its other awards are on the National Research Council's list of highly prestigious awards [1]), and the fellowship is a very plausible pass of NPROF C3. I'm not so certain about the Barnes award, but the citations and fellowship each suffice. Russ Woodroofe (talk) 04:31, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
- Keep both per WP:PROF#C1 (heavy citation counts on Google Scholar) and #C3 (Fellow of American Society of Plant Biologists, a selective honor given to at most 0.2% of membership per year [2], and less convincingly but also contributing to notability Fellow of AAAS). —David Eppstein (talk) 08:40, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
- Keep - seems to be a widely cited and respected academic. Hard to see how this person isn't at the top of their field and therefore exceptional. JMWt (talk) 10:35, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
- Withdraw as I did not know the number of citations is enough to contribute to notability, nor about the importance of the fellowship PlotinusEnjoyer (talk) 14:08, 3 March 2025 (UTC)
