I finally had the time to read this, and it was well worth it. Lots of excitement and action is going on! It's been a long while since I've seen a wolf pack seem so dangerous to an adventuring party, but you did an excellent job showing why one shouldn't underestimate them.

It also seems Natasha's "antics" from the last chapter have affected Varnah, considering that Varnah is a halfling ... might not bode well for the smaller races around her.

I'm curious to see how this plays out.
